Qualifications

• Must be licensed as an LPN/LVN and maintain current licensure.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a licensed practical nursing role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications as ordered by the physician.
• Make written and oral reports on shift activities.
• Ensure adequate supplies of medications, equipment, and supplies; report needs.
