Job summary

Mercy is seeking a flexible Licensed Practical Nurse for the GIG program. You will float across Mercy Hospital facilities, providing patient care and coordinating with departments.

This role emphasizes scheduling flexibility, with shifts available and no guaranteed hours, including day and night options. Qualified candidates have at least 1 year of bedside LPN experience (2 years for ED/ICU) and must hold an active LPN license in the hiring state.

Qualifications

• One year of recent bedside LPN experience required for Med Surg.
• Two years of recent bedside LPN experience for ED/ICU/other specialties.

Responsibilities

• Float between Mercy Hospital facilities as assigned.
• Provide nursing care under supervision of licensed practitioners.
• Coordinate patient care with other departments and protect patient confidentiality.
