Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse with a current and valid New Jersey license.
• Experience with individuals who are developmentally disabled and/or have traumatic brain injuries preferred.
• Must have completed an accredited nursing program and hold a valid NJ license.

Responsibilities

• Transcribes physician orders into the medical records for each person served.
• Obtains detailed health histories and conducts health screenings and physical assessments.
• Conducts on-site visits to program sites to ensure health, safety, and quality of care.
• Monitors medical charts for currency, adherence to physician orders, and proper documentation of medications and treatments.
