Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse from an accredited Nursing program with a current and valid NJ license.
• Prior nursing experience working with the developmentally disabled and/or traumatically brain injured preferred.

Responsibilities

• Under the clinical direction of the RN, provides nursing care to persons served, operating within license constraints and in accordance with applicable regulations and policies.
• Reviews and transcribes physician orders for documentation into the medical record and conducts health screenings and assessments including vital signs, height, weight, and nutrition.
