UnityPoint Health's Allen Hospital in Waterloo, IA seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse for Med/Surg or Resource Inpatient Units. Flexible part-time, 12-hour day/night shifts with differential pay. Join a team focused on compassionate, high-quality patient care and collaborative clinical excellence.

Ideal candidates will have graduated from an accredited LPN program, possess a current LPN license, and be BLS certified. Experience in CNA/PCT is preferred, with opportunities across inpatient units.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
• Current LPN license in the state(s) of practice with eligibility for multi-state licensure as applicable.
• BLS certification required.

Responsabilités

• Deliver hands-on patient care within scope of practice and administer medications as directed.
• Collect data, document patient information, and support care plans with RNs.
• Assist with rounds, communicate condition changes promptly, and ensure safe handoffs.
