Job summary

MORTCAPITAL LLC is seeking an experienced or NEW Loan Officer to join our team. You will evaluate and process loan applications, interview applicants to gather financial information, and assess creditworthiness in compliance with lending regulations.

You will maintain records, set up payment plans, report on financing decisions, and help clients understand contract terms. Strong communication and customer service skills, plus familiarity with Excel and loan processing tools, are essential;

Qualifications

• Experience as a loan officer is preferred.
• Familiarity with Excel, databases, and loan processing software.
• Knowledge of lending products and practices.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to perform in a goal-oriented environment.
• Willing to work hard to build a career.
• Bilingual English and Chinese is a plus.
