Qualifications

• High School diploma or the equivalent.
• Six months of experience performing a variety of office clerical assignments of average difficulty.
• Completion of post secondary course work can substitute for the required experience.

Responsibilities

• Guide borrowers through the final steps of the loan process with precision and care.
• Ensure loan terms, closing costs, and interest rates are correct and transparent.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address borrower inquiries throughout closing.
• Support efficient operation of the closing function and act with professionalism and integrity.
