Job summary

Delaware North's Patina Group is hiring line cooks for Hundredfold American Brasserie in Elmont, New York. You will prepare dishes according to recipes and chef specifications, while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a prep cook or line cook.
• Ability to follow recipes and chef specifications.
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Properly measure, portion, and cook all food items according to recipes and chef's specifications.
• Ensure correct food temperatures are maintained and food stored safely.
• Perform opening, closing, and side work duties.
• Keep workstation and equipment clean, organized, and stocked.
• Record waste on spoilage sheet using waste control guidelines.
