Job summary

Apogee Behavioral Medicine in Winston-Salem, NC, is seeking licensed clinicians to join a collaborative, clinician-led team with 40+ years of combined experience. You will provide psychotherapy and coordinate with medication management within an interdisciplinary setting.

The role offers flexible full-time schedules, remote and hybrid options, and a strong support structure including CME allowances and administrative support to ensure high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Licensure required in state of practice (NC).
• Master’s degree in counseling, marriage & family therapy, or social work.
• Ability to utilize EHR and related software for care delivery.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate within an interdisciplinary team for patient care.
• Participate in new-hire orientation.
• Maintain timely and accurate health records in the EHR.
• Deliver psychotherapy services following standard of care.
• Refer patients internally for medication management and other treatments.
