Kellermeyer Bergensons Services, LLC in Miami, FL is hiring a Janitorial Crew Member for a flexible, part-time role. You will perform cleaning duties across the facility, ensuring a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.

Starting pay is $15.00 per hour. The role requires standing for long periods and ability to lift up to 49 pounds. KBSPresence app clock-ins and cell phone reimbursement are part of the program.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift and move totes up to 49 pounds.
• Must be able to stand and walk for up to 10-12 hours.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and instructions in English; Spanish where required by state law.
• KBSPresence app is used for clocking in/out; personal mobile device may be required; cell phone reimbursement provided.

Responsabilités

• Performs work according to standard procedure and building schedule.
• Cleans rooms, hallways, restrooms, offices, stairways, and windows.
• Sweep, remove debris, clean spills, and mop floors across areas.
• Clean windows and polished surfaces; dust fixtures and shelves.
• Maintain cleanliness of restrooms for customers and staff.
• Complete sweep logs and operate equipment safely.
• Follow health and sanitation procedures and safe work practices.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager
