Kellermeyer Bergensons Services, LLC is hiring a Janitorial Crew Member to join our team. This role offers a flexible schedule and opportunities for leadership growth as you contribute to maintaining clean, welcoming spaces.

Starting pay is $14.00 per hour. You will perform routine cleaning duties across rooms, restrooms, offices, and common areas, following safety procedures and schedules. Must be able to lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk extensively during shifts.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and move totes up to 49 pounds.
• Standing/walking for 10-12 hours per shift.
• Ability to read and interpret basic safety and operating documents (English, some Spanish where required).
• KBSPresence mobile timekeeping app used for clocking in/out and communications.

Responsibilities

• Perform work according to standard procedures and building schedules.
• Clean rooms, hallways, restrooms, offices, stairs, and windows.
• Sweep, mop, and maintain floors and surfaces throughout the site.
• Clean and sanitize fixtures and surfaces; maintain restrooms.
• Log daily sweeps and operate equipment safely.
• Follow health, sanitation, and safety procedures at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
