Job summary

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is hiring a Janitorial Crew Member in Naples, FL. Join a fast-paced, growing team with flexible scheduling and opportunities for advancement.

You will clean rooms, restrooms, offices and common areas according to procedures, lift up to 49 pounds, stand 10–12 hours, and use KBSPresence for timekeeping. Starting pay is $16.00 per hour with benefits eligibility at under 30 hours.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift/move up to 49 pounds.
• Stand/walk for 10–12 hours during shift.
• Able to read safety rules and maintenance manuals in English (Spanish where state requires).

Responsibilities

• Performs work according to standard procedure and by building's operational schedule.
• Cleans rooms, hallways, restrooms, locker rooms, offices, stairways, and windows.
• Sweep, remove debris, clean spills, and mop floors throughout the sales floor and seating area.
• Clean windows and mirrored surfaces; polish stainless steel surfaces.
• Dust fixtures, shelves, and products as needed.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the customer and team member restrooms (includes cleaning and policing as needed).
• Complete sweep logs, as directed.
• Operate and sanitize all equipment in a safe and proper manner.
• Follow and comply with all applicable health and sanitation procedures and adhere to safe work practices.
• Other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager
