Job summary

FeldCare Connects is seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated Speech Therapist to provide quality home healthcare in Burbank, FL. This independent contractor position offers flexibility in scheduling, allowing you to work as you prefer while accessing patients through our innovative app.

Job Overview

FieldCare Connects is seeking an enthusiastic, self‑motivated Speech Therapist to deliver quality home healthcare to patients of all ages as an Independent Contractor serving Burbank, FL and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality home healthcare to patients of all ages as an independent contractor.
• Observe, record, and report the patient’s response to treatment and any changes in their condition.
• Develop and implement individualized plans of care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the Electronic Medical Record system.
• Coordinate care with the FeldCare support team and home health agencies.

Qualifications

• Ability and enthusiasm in working with all ages.
• Current Speech Language Pathology license issued by the state Board of Speech‑Language Pathology and Audiology.
• License must be current, active, and unrestricted (no conditional, provisional, or restricted license).
• Certification by the American Speech‑Language and Hearing Association (ASHA) as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Current Certification of Competence (CCC) required.
• Completion of an accredited Speech Language Pathologist program.
• Reliable personal transportation.
• Smartphone.
• Bilingual (optional).
