Job summary

CrimsonBlu is seeking motivated independent contractors in Moline, IL to perform residential property inspections. You’ll travel to properties, explain the inspection, and capture required photos and data using our mobile web app.

You decide when and how many inspections to take, building a flexible business around your life. Work is 1099 independent contractor status; you manage scheduling and client relationships, and you’re responsible for your own taxes and any applicable business insurance.

Responsibilities

• Travel to properties to complete exterior inspections and occasional interior inspections
• Explain the inspection briefly to homeowners
• Capture photos and data through our mobile web application
• Use a camera pole for roof photos on applicable jobs
• Schedule your own appointments for interior/high-value inspections
• Deliver accurate, on-time, professional service with clear communication
