Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing with the Iowa Board of Nursing.
• 1+ year of nursing experience.
• BLS/CPR certification or willingness to obtain.
• Home health experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in home settings.
• Perform initial and ongoing patient assessments.
• Administer IV therapy and infusion therapies.
• Manage medications and provide education to patients and caregivers.
• Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and other team members.
