This is a part-time, Weekend Package Registered Nurse role based in West Des Moines, IA. The Registered Nurse will conduct comprehensive initial assessments, develop individualized plans of care, and provide ongoing clinical oversight for clients receiving home-based services, including clients receiving home infusion therapy. Day-to-day responsibilities include administering medications, IV therapies, and treatments; managing vascular access devices; monitoring and documenting client conditions; infusion pharmacies, and other healthcare professionals; and educating clients and families on disease management, infusion safety, and home care procedures. The role also involves collaborating with the local team to promote quality, safety, and continuity of care across all shifts.
