Job summary

Professional Case Management (PCM) is seeking compassionate CNAs to provide in-home care in Sylvania, GA. You will work under the direction of the RN/Case Manager, assist with daily living activities, and help maintain client comfort in the home.

Choose a schedule that fits your life, with options for part-time or full-time shifts, weekly pay, and benefits including medical, dental, and vision. Required: active CNA license in Georgia, CPR, TB test, and at least 18 years old.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in the state(s) of practice.
• At least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Current CPR certification and TB test.

Responsibilities

• Read and record temperature, pulse, and respiration.
• Patient hygiene - bathing, shampoo, skin/nail care, oral hygiene, shaving, dressing, toileting.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and healthy home environment - meal preparation, laundry, light housekeeping.
• Follow written assignment and instructions.
• Complete and submit appropriate documentation.
