Job summary

Act for Health, Inc. is seeking Part-Time and Full-Time CNAs to provide in-home care in Augusta, GA. You’ll work with clients under RN/Case Manager supervision, building one-on-one relationships and helping maintain comfort and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in the state(s) of practice.
• Current CPR certification and TB test.

Responsibilities

• Read and record temperature, pulse, and respiration; patient hygiene including bathing, grooming, oral care, and dressing.
• Maintain a clean, safe home environment; assist with meals, laundry, and light housekeeping.
• Follow written assignment and instructions; complete and submit documentation.
