Job summary

Professional Case Management in Sylvania, GA is seeking licensed CNAs for in-home care assignments. You can choose part-time or full-time schedules and build one-on-one relationships with clients in their homes.

Responsibilities include performing personal care, recording vital signs, assisting with hygiene, meal prep, light housekeeping, and maintaining a safe environment. CPR and TB test are required, CNA certification in state, and applicants must be 18+.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in the state of practice (Georgia).
• At least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Current CPR certification and TB test.

Responsibilities

• Read and record temperature, pulse, and respiration.
• Patient hygiene — bathing, shampoo, skin/nail care, oral hygiene, shaving, dressing, toileting.
• Maintain a clean, safe home environment — meal preparation, laundry, light housekeeping.
• Follow written assignment and submit documentation.
