Job summary

Senior Solutions Home Care in Madison County, TN is hiring compassionate Caregivers for full-time, part-time, and PRN positions. You will provide one-on-one in-home care, companionship, personal care, meal prep, light housekeeping, and transportation for clients living at home.

We offer a $500 sign-on bonus, weekly pay, paid training, travel time, and flexible scheduling. CNA premium pay applies for certified CNAs; benefits include medical/dental/vision and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license or state-issued ID.
• Reliable transportation.
• Smartphone for scheduling, time tracking and communication.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
• Ability to pass required background checks and drug screening.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Work history inclusive of a continuous description of activities during the past five (5) years.
• At least three (3) references, with one of the references having known the employee for at least five (5) years and email addresses.

Responsibilities

• Companionship and meaningful conversations.
