Fresh Perspective Home Care in Paw Paw, Michigan is seeking compassionate individuals for flexible, part-time in-home care to support seniors so they remain safe and independent at home.

No prior caregiving experience is required; training is provided. You will offer companionship, assist with daily activities, drive clients to errands, and enjoy perks like same-day pay, paid time off, training, insurance options, travel time pay, bonuses, and 24/7 support.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license, car insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Ability to uphold client confidentiality.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous caregiver experience is preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Provide companionship and emotional support to seniors.
• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility.
• Prepare meals and help with light housekeeping.
• Transport clients to errands, appointments, or community outings.
• Be a dependable, positive presence in clients' lives.
