Job summary

Fresh Perspective Home Care in Parchment, Michigan is seeking compassionate individuals for a flexible, part-time caregiver role providing non-medical in-home support to seniors in the Parchment area.

You will offer companionship, assist with bathing, grooming, meals, light housekeeping, and transportation to errands or appointments; training is provided, and benefits include paid time off, same-day pay, insurance, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license, car insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and maintain client confidentiality.
• Reliable and punctual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience as a caregiver is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide non-medical in-home care including companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility.
• Prepare meals and help with light housekeeping.
• Drive or accompany clients to errands, appointments, or community events.
• Be a dependable, positive presence in the client’s life.
