Senior Helpers Southern Maryland is actively seeking experienced caregivers to join our team across Waldorf, La Plata, Clinton, and surrounding communities. We offer flexible shifts, meaningful work, and a supportive locally based office family dedicated to high-quality in-home care.

We value reliability, compassion, and excellent communication. Candidates should have at least one year of caregiving experience, valid driver's license, and the ability to work various shifts including weekends.

Formación

• At least 1 year of caregiving experience
• Valid driver’s license
• Current auto insurance
• Reliable transportation
• Negative TB test
• Authorization to work in the U.S.
• Ability to complete required pre-employment screening and onboarding

Responsabilidades

• Provide companionship and conversation
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care
• Support mobility, walking, and transfers
• Prepare meals and assist with nutrition
• Provide medication reminders
• Perform light housekeeping
• Assist with errands and transportation when applicable
• Support daily routines and independence
• Observe and report changes in client condition
• Provide safe, respectful, and dependable one-on-one care
