Job summary

Caring Senior Service of McAllen is seeking compassionate and dependable Caregivers and CNAs to provide in-home support to seniors across Harlingen, San Benito, and surrounding communities. Flexible day, night, weekend, and PRN shifts are available, with 4, 8, and 12-hour options.

Pay ranges from $9 to $12 per hour based on experience, shifts, and client needs. Join a caregiver-first organization that values respect, growth, and meaningful work.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of caregiving experience (professional or personal).
• CNA certification or experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Proof of current auto insurance.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Patient, compassionate and dependable personality.
• Ability to read and write in English.
• Bilingual communication skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
• Offer companionship and engage clients in activities.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry tasks.
• Prepare meals and assist with daily routines.
• Run errands and provide transportation to appointments.
• Communicate updates with the care team.
