Caring Senior Service of McAllen is hiring compassionate Caregivers and CNAs to provide in-home support to seniors in Harlingen, San Benito, and nearby communities.

Flexible scheduling offers day, night, weekend, and PRN shifts with 4, 8, and 12-hour options. Pay ranges from $9 to $12 per hour, based on experience and client needs. Join our team and help seniors stay safe and independent at home.

Qualificações

• At least 1 year of caregiving experience (professional or personal).
• CNA certification preferred.
• Must be able to read and write in English.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting, mobility).
• Provide companionship through conversation and activities.
• Help with light housekeeping, meal prep, and laundry.
• Assist with errands and transportation to appointments.
• Observe changes in a client’s condition and report updates to the care team.

What You’ll Do:

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 1 year of professional or personal caregiving experience (CNA preferred)
• Valid driver’s license, dependable transportation, and proof of automobile insurance
• Ability to successfully complete a background check
• Compassionate, reliable, and patient approach to caregiving
• Ability to read and write in English
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply!
