MaineTouch is seeking Personal Support Specialists to provide one-on-one in-home care to adults and seniors in Gorham, ME and surrounding areas. Roles are flexible, with shifts from 2 to 40 hours per week, including day, evening, weekend, and overnight options.

Mileage reimbursement is provided where applicable, and opportunities exist for advancement into CRMA, CNA, CNA‑M, DSP, and nursing roles. Ideal candidates bring caregiving experience or a willingness to complete Maine PSS certification

Formación

• Experience in caregiving or direct support roles is preferred.
• Must be 18+ and have reliable transportation.
• Ability to follow individualized plans of care and document visits with a mobile device.

Responsabilidades

• Provide one-on-one in-home personal care per each client's plan
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene
• Support mobility and safe movement, meal prep, light housekeeping, laundry, and errands
• Offer companionship and daily living support to enable home living
