Community Bank, N.A. is seeking a Teller to serve as a welcoming front-line representative, handling deposits, withdrawals, payments, and check cashing with accuracy while delivering friendly service.

You will educate customers on digital banking, assist with routine inquiries, support branch operations, and refer customers to specialists as needed, all while adhering to security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to complete internal teller and product training.
• Willingness to travel for training as needed.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a welcoming and professional first point of contact for customers entering the branch.
• Process routine financial transactions (deposits, withdrawals, payments, check cashing) with accuracy and proper ID verification.
• Educate customers on digital banking tools and self-service options to increase convenience.
• Identify opportunities to direct customers to appropriate team members for additional services.
• Engage customers in needs-based discussions to identify banking solutions without pressure.
• Support lobby management and handle inbound inquiries with professionalism.
