Dandy-Mini-Mart is hiring TEAM Members for a fast and fun environment in Troy, PA. You will work as a team to deliver exceptional customer service, handle cashier duties, and assist in food preparation while maintaining clean store areas.

Qualifications

• Customer service teamwork mindset.
• Experience in retail, cashier, food prep, or convenience store is a plus, not required.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift 10–20 lbs, occasionally up to 50 lbs.
• At least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Work as a TEAM to provide excellent customer service for all guests.
• Cashier Duties: Complete retail sales and register transactions accurately and efficiently as a clerk/cashier.
• Food Preparation: Prepare and serve quality food and beverage items while following proper food safety procedures.
• Convenience Store Maintenance: Restock products and maintain a clean and tidy appearance in store and work areas.
