Job summary

Dandy is seeking TEAM Members for our Mildred, PA store to deliver fast, friendly service to guests. You’ll work as part of a team to support daily operations and create a welcoming experience.

Roles include cashier duties, food preparation, stocking, and maintaining a clean store. Prior retail or food service experience is a plus, but Dandy will train you; must be at least 16 years old.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Previous retail, cashier, or food preparation experience is a plus.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift 10-20 pounds regularly, up to 50 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Work as a TEAM to provide excellent customer service for all guests.
• Cashier Duties: Complete retail sales and register transactions accurately and efficiently as a clerk/cashier.
• Food Preparation: Prepare and serve quality food and beverage items while following proper food safety and preparation procedures.
• Convenience Store Maintenance: Restock products and maintain a clean and tidy appearance throughout the retail store and work areas.
• And more as assigned.
