Job summary

Dandy-Mini-Mart is hiring TEAM Members for a fast and fun environment in Troy, PA. You will work as a team to deliver exceptional customer service, handle cashier duties, and assist in food preparation while maintaining clean store areas.

We value growth and offer opportunities to advance within the company. The role is suitable for individuals 16 years or older, with training provided to learn the business and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Customer service teamwork mindset.
• Experience in retail, cashier, food prep, or convenience store is a plus, not required.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift 10–20 lbs, occasionally up to 50 lbs.
• At least 16 years of age.

• At least 16 years of age.
• Previous retail, cashier, food preparation, or convenience store experience is a plus, but not required. Dandy will help you learn along the way!
• Must be able to stand for extended periods as well as perform bending, reaching, frequent lifting of 10-20 pounds of weight, and occasional lifting of 50 pounds of weight.
