Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications require completion of 8th grade.
• Six months of experience teaching subject matter preferred.
• Bilingual skills preferred; CPR/First Aid certification is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Motivate participants and uphold center policies while teaching classes.
• Set up and break down equipment; prepare for class promptly.
• Instruct and monitor participants for proper form and safety.
• Complete administrative tasks related to class development and delivery.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and provide excellent customer service.
• Promote new participants and stay current with industry trends.
