Job summary

Step Ahead ABA is seeking an in-home Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Omaha, NE for a part-time role. You will deliver direct therapy as per the BCBA-approved plan, with supervision and data collection across families in the area. Flexible schedule and a supportive team help ensure continuity of care for autistic children.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification with BACB required; we offer support to get certified if not yet.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior ABA experience.
• Comfort working in a family's home.
• Reliable transportation.
• Able to stay active and engaged in session.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 97153 direct therapy to a treatment plan written by the BCBA.
• BCBA assigned before you start; receive plan, introduction, and family support.
• Supervision is supportive with competency assessments and feedback.
• Record session data and submit notes; non-billable time is paid.
• Our BCBAs and clinical directors provide ongoing support.
