Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings, implementing ABA-based plans designed by a BCBA. This part-time role offers ongoing mentorship, flexible scheduling, and pathways to full-time as caseloads grow.

You'll gain hands-on training, travel locally, and opportunities for professional development while contributing to meaningful outcomes for families served by PBS Corp.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience with children in ABA, childcare, education or related fields.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Ability to actively engage clients and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
