Job summary

The Lakes Home Care, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to support our team in delivering compassionate home-based therapy. You will assist physical therapists in creating and executing treatment plans, help patients regain movement, and monitor progress to ensure quality care.

Flexible hours let you design a schedule that fits client needs. Ideal candidates have experience in geriatrics, orthopedics, or hospital settings, with knowledge of physiology and inpatient therapy

Qualifications

• Experience in patient care, preferably in geriatrics, orthopedics, or hospital/home care.
• Knowledge of physiology and occupational health practices.
• Familiarity with inpatient therapy procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist Physical Therapists in developing and implementing treatment plans.
• Help patients regain movement and manage pain.
• Monitor and document patient progress.
• Educate patients and families on at-home exercises and care.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
