Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Surge Merchandiser to support retail clients by stocking, displaying, and ensuring products are purchase-ready. You will travel to various stores to complete merchandising tasks during peak periods and special projects, using a company mobile app for reporting.

Qualified candidates have strong communication skills, are self-motivated, and can work independently with minimal supervision. A valid driver’s license and access to a smartphone are required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail or merchandising is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Reliable access to a personal smartphone for work tasks.

Responsibilities

• Stock, organize, and display merchandise in stores following guidelines.
• Communicate with store personnel to ensure displays are in prime condition.
• Complete store visits and projects on time and report results via mobile app.
• Assist with setup and execution of promotional displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally.
• Travel to multiple store locations within a region as assigned.
