Job summary

Minnesota Elevator, Inc. in Mankato, MN is seeking a Machine Operator to join our team. You will handle the Sill, Sill Skin process and operate groover, brake, and related hand tools as part of the fabrication line.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and prior machine operator or manufacturing experience is preferred. Competitive benefits and full-time schedule, with occasional overtime, are offered.

Qualifications

• Machine operator experience preferred.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain grooving machine per part order.
• Operate and maintain brake per part order.
• Cut and assemble sill per print.
• Assemble product per order and work instructions.
• Package complete product for shipping.
• Demonstrate respect and regard for customers and coworkers to ensure a professional, responsive and courteous environment.
• Participate in continuous improvement program.
• Collaborate as a team member by performing additional assignments to meet organizational goals as noted by the supervisor.
• Overtime based on operational needs; attendance and punctuality are essential.
• Execute additional tasks as needed.
