Job summary

Woods Supermarkets Inc. is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to plan and implement delivery routes in support of community business partners. The role reports to the Store Manager and focuses on efficient regional logistics and timely order fulfillment.

Responsibilities include coordinating deliveries, working with merchandisers, and monitoring customer issues to ensure fast resolutions. The position requires strong communication, basic math, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• Must be an excellent communicator, both online and in person.
• Basic mathematical ability for daily calculations.
• Ability to read and write English; read instructions and invoices.
• Friendly, energetic, entrepreneurial mindset with customer focus.
• Reliable transportation with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Community Relations Manager with logistical planning.
• Plans, develop, and organize regional logistics for product delivery.
• Coordinate delivery for online orders and business orders.
• Monitor delivery schedules to ensure deadlines are met.
• Support transitions of new local business sales to store operations.
• Monitor online guest and commercial customer problems to ensure fast resolutions.
