Job summary

Prismhr Hire is seeking a Fitness Instructor to lead engaging group fitness classes in a dynamic studio environment in Los Angeles. You will greet members, set a welcoming tone, and ensure safety while delivering sessions across HIIT, circuit training, Pilates, and cardio formats.

The role requires high school diploma or equivalent, 1+ year of group instruction experience, and relevant certifications. Availability for flexible hours including mornings/evenings/weekends is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Group Fitness Certification (ACE, AFAA, NASM, ISSA) preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of group instruction experience preferred.
• CPR/AED certification preferred or required per local/state regulation.

Responsibilities

• Instruct group fitness classes (e.g., HIIT, circuit training, Pilates, cardio, boot camp).
• Greet members and foster a welcoming class atmosphere.
• Prepare studio environment for each session (lighting, music, cleanliness).
• Monitor safety and adjust pacing or instruction as needed.
• Promote classes and events through member engagement.
• Maintain at least one permanent class on the weekly schedule.
• Be active on the sub list and sub at least once per month.
• Follow sanitation protocols and health regulations.
