Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Group Fitness Certification (ACE, AFAA, NASM, ISSA) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Instruction of group fitness classes (e.g., HIIT, circuit training, Pilates, cardio, boot camp).
• Greet members warmly and foster a welcoming, supportive class atmosphere.
• Assist in the preparation of the studio environment for each session (lighting, music, cleanliness).
• Monitors participants for safety and adjust pacing or instruction as needed.
• Assist in promoting classes and events through engagement with members.
• Maintain at least one permanent class on the weekly schedule.
• Must be active on the sub list and sub at least once/month.
• Maintain current certifications and adhere to studio standards and policies.
• Follow all sanitation protocols and health regulations to ensure a safe environment.
