Job summary

Fit Fusion is seeking a Group Fitness Instructor to deliver high-quality, safe class experiences to our member base. You will lead Crunch-style group fitness sessions, maintain brand standards, and help build a welcoming community during every workout.

The role requires energy, strong communication, and CPR/AED certification with the ability to engage members across levels. You will participate in ongoing training, attend quarterly staff meetings, and stay active with the instructor portal and

Qualifications

• Experience teaching classes for members of all levels.
• Nationally Accredited Group Fitness Certification (AFAA, ACE, or NASM preferred).
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire).

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe and effective instruction during all classes.
• Help members achieve their goals and experience a variety of class types and formats.
• Respond with care to any member issues concerning group fitness classes.
• Assist with accurately tracking class attendance numbers.
• Participate and be engaged with weekly emails, monthly ZOOMs.
• Attend the quarterly staff meeting for onsite training and new quarter class roll out.
• Engagement with the instructor portal and social media for any updates and brand promotions.
