Job summary

MEIRS is seeking a BHS Fee for Service Case Manager to support eligible families by assessing needs and developing individualized service plans within the mental health system. This role emphasizes client-centered care, compliance with agency standards, and empowerment of families through home visits and collaboration with providers.

This Fee-for-Service position pays $40–$45 per hour for client meetings, plus $15 per hour for documentation and supervision (up to 5 hours weekly), offering

Qualifications

• Must have an undergraduate degree in a related field.
• MHRT/C Certification and CANS are preferred.
• Experience working with families and children is preferred.
• Strong documentation and record-keeping skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Uphold agency values and philosophy.
• Maintain a minimum caseload of 10.
• Assess clients’ strengths and needs.
• Develop Individual Support Plans and treatment reviews to ensure compliance with state requirements.
• Document progress notes, assessments, and plans in Pimsy.
• Inform families of rights and available services.
• Coordinate services and monitor effectiveness.
• Maintain accurate client records and confidentiality.
• Advocate for client rights and entitlements.
• Engage with families through home visits and collaboration with providers.
