Job summary

The City of New York's Adult Protective Services is seeking a Community Associate to coordinate Heavy-Duty Cleaning (HDC) services in Manhattan. You will schedule cleanings, assess needs, and ensure work meets client requirements to help residents stay in the community.

Responsibilities include outreach to clients and organizations, liaising with APS staff and vendors, and maintaining records. A high school diploma and three years of related experience are required, with eligibility for PSLF

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor the HDC service plan with caseworkers and vendors.
• Act as liaison among APS staff, vendors, and community organizations.
• Schedule cleanings, maintain records, and respond to information requests.
