Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Human Services, Sociology, or related behavioral science field.
• Experience working with children, adolescents, or families preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
• Ability to provide services in home, school, and community settings.
• Ability to pass required background screenings.
• Availability to work flexible hours based on client needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct behavioral support services to children and adolescents with behavioral and emotional challenges.
• Implement behavior modification interventions in home, school, and community-based environments.
• Deliver family support services and assist caregivers in developing effective coping and behavior management strategies.
• Support clients in developing independent living, social, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of services provided.
• Collaborate with families, schools, providers, and other members of the treatment team.
• Participate in crisis intervention services when needed.
• Promote client safety, well-being, and progress toward treatment goals.
