Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited college/university or high school.
• Minimum of one year experience in a behavioral health or related field.
• Company-paid life insurance; STAR program to help pay off student loans.

Responsibilities

• Provides case management under clinical supervision to adults with substance use and mental health disorders.
• Services are mostly community based and require the use of a company vehicle that is properly insured.
• Requires excellent communication skills to help facilitate client care.
• Coordinate care with Treatment Team and implement Individual Treatment Plans: case management, community activities, facility visits, vocational training.
• Comply with all new and current policies and procedures of DeCoach Rehabilitation Centre.
• Collaborate with administrative/team managers to improve service quality through ongoing studies and needs assessments.
• Demonstrate knowledge of behavioral health issues, proper documentation, and current therapeutic methods.
