Job summary

Homewatch CareGivers of Ann Arbor is seeking caregivers to provide compassionate, personalized in-home care in Ann Arbor, MI. You’ll work with a dedicated team to support clients’ independence and quality of life, with responsibilities spanning daily living assistance, medication administration, and meaningful client interactions.

Flexible hours are available, including weekends and holidays. Prior experience and a caring, patient demeanor are valued as you help clients stay safe and comfortable

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; health or social care education a plus.
• Experience as a caregiver or in a related field preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care services including assistance with activities of daily living.
• Administer medications and maintain accurate records of client care.
• Engage with clients through meaningful conversations and activities to enhance well-being.
• Assist with mobility and transfer tasks to ensure client safety and comfort.
• Collaborate with the care team to meet each client's unique needs and preferences.
