Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare of Ann Arbor is hiring a dedicated caregiver to provide high-quality, patient-centered senior care across weekdays and weekends, with a schedule of up to 30 hours per week.

You will deliver person-centered care, assist with housekeeping, meals, and medication reminders, and support families with flexible, multi-generational help, including childcare when needed. Training and benefits available.

Qualifications

• CNA or HHA certification preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal skills with compassionate client care.
• Ability to cook nutritious meals tailored to dietary needs.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality.
• Previous caregiving experience preferred but not required.
• Experience with children preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver person-centered care that provides safety, dignity and meaningful engagement.
• Assist clients with housekeeping, meal preparation, and verbal medication reminders.
• Safely transfer clients and assist with personal care including dressing and toileting.
• Offer flexible, multi-generational support to the broader family, including childcare.
