Job summary

Qualifications

• At least one year of maintenance experience preferred.
• Able to follow oral and written instructions.
• Willingness to perform inside and outside duties.
• Ability to work in a team and coordinate with others.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, routine, and emergency maintenance on buildings and equipment.
• Maintain life-safety systems and test fire alarms and generators.
• Repair electrical, plumbing, carpentry tasks as directed.
• Coordinate maintenance work with other departments.
• Participate in on-call weekend rotations.
• Maintain grounds and exterior upkeep.
