Job summary

Hartford HealthCare in Mansfield Center is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) to provide flexible hours, including full-time, part-time, or per diem options. Eligible for benefits at a minimum of 24 hours per week, the role focuses on treatment and evaluation of homebound patients.

Qualified candidates must possess an active CT PT license and experience in physical therapy, alongside certifications in CPR and relevant degrees. The position also offers a comprehensive benefits package including tuition reimbursement and wellness programs.
