Job summary

Bayada Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate Hospice RN for per diem per patients in Missouri. • Active and current RN license.
• One year of clinical experience preferred.
• Hospice experience welcomed, but not required; training provided.
• Ability to travel locally to assigned cases.

Responsibilities

• Visit clients in their own homes performing assigned duties, including medication administration, wound care, treatments, and comfort care.
• Monitor clients' conditions and report changes to the Clinical or Client Services Manager.
• Follow up with, execute, and document doctors' orders.
• Perform client assessments as necessary.
• Occasional on-call after hours and/or weekends.
