Concierge Home Care in The Villages, FL is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to deliver skilled therapy in patients' homes, helping them regain independence and perform daily living activities.

You will evaluate, plan, implement, and document therapies, collaborate with physicians and the care team, supervise COTAs when appropriate, and enjoy flexible scheduling and strong clinical leadership.

Qualifications

• Active Florida OT license is required.
• Driver's license and reliable transportation.
• CPR certification.
• Ability to supervise COTAs at times.
• Home health experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations and home environment assessments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on physician orders.
• Provide therapy focused on improving functional mobility and daily living skills.
• Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive strategies and safety techniques.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Supervise and delegate care to COTAs when appropriate.
• Document visits efficiently using AI-assisted tools.
